Kiwi rarely gets its due appreciation in the realm of cocktails.
Making Kiwi syrup is a little tricky due to the fruit's fragility, but still rewarding: to hear it from Reddit user C00Lbreaze:
I chopped 3 kiwis into small pieces (maybe a centimeter square?) and added them to a simple syrup that was in the process of boiling already. (1 cup water, 1.5 cups sugar, boil until desired viscosity is reached). I was constantly stirring, and by the end, had mashed most of the kiwis into a pulp. Double-strained into a bottle, added vodka for preservation. Was very simple for the most part!
