Dark rum Smith & Cross x 3.0cl 1.0oz
Vermouth Dry x 3.0cl 1.0oz
Punt e Mes 3.0cl 1.0oz
Mezcal 0.75cl 0.25oz
Use ounces
Use centiliters

Directions

  1. Combine the three main ingredients in a shaker and shake dry, using Mezcal as a rinse.
  2. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

But what can I do to make it a bit more Scotchy? Oh, I know! This Mezcalero Mezcal is damn smoky. True, only 168 bottles were imported into CA, so maybe just a rinse on the glass (with the rest going directly into my mouth).

A delicious, multifaceted scotch cocktail (just without the scotch).
