Fernet Flip

A holy union between Fernet and vermouth.


  • Served in goblet
  • 27% ABV
  • Garnish with Orange peel

Fernet-Branca 4.5cl 1.5oz
Vermouth Carpano Antica x 4.5cl 1.5oz
Simple syrup One dash
Chocolate bitters Two dashes
Egg One egg white
Use ounces
Use centiliters


  1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Give a good dry shake (without ice) to mix the ingredients.
  3. Fill with ice and shake like hell to get it good and foamy.
  4. Strain into a chilled wine goblet.
  5. Twist a piece of orange peel over the drink and use as garnish.
