Beer Barrel aged IPA x 9.0cl 3.0oz
Sparkling wine 6.0cl 2.0oz
Dark rum Gold x 4.5cl 1.5oz
Simple syrup 1.5cl 0.5oz
Use ounces
Use centiliters

Directions

  1. Make a large lemon twist, rub it on the glass rim, drop it into the glass.
  2. Stir first two ingredients with ice.
  3. Strain into a glass.
  4. Top with beer and then sparkling wine.
