Campari 1.5cl 0.5oz
Lemon juice 1.5cl 0.5oz

  2. Strain into a chilled coupe.

The name might evoke a certain baroque 'twist' cocktail like 'Chocotini' or 'Strawberrita', but the Kiwipari is a lovely summertime combination of Campari and kiwi syrup that goes well as an aperitif or on warm evenings.
