Maple Leaf

A syrupy twist on a whiskey sour.


  • Served in cocktail
  • 27% ABV
  • Garnish with Rosemary



Rye 6.0cl 2.0oz
Lemon juice 2.0cl 0.67oz
Maple syrup Grade B x 2.0cl 0.67oz
Use ounces
Use centiliters


  1. In a mixing glass with ice, combine all ingredients except cider.
  2. Stir it all up.
  3. Strain into glass.


Try substituting the rye for bourbon for an even sweeter finish. In terms of maple syrup, you want a Grade B -- something that can contribute flavor as opposed to being overly saccharine.
