Ingredients

Tea black x 9.0cl 3.0oz
Bourbon 6.0cl 2.0oz
Lemon juice 1.5cl 0.5oz
Simple syrup 1.5cl 0.5oz
Orange marmalade One barspoon
Use ounces
Use centiliters

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker and shake without ice.
  2. Fill a Collins glass with ice.
  3. Pour cocktail (unstrained) into glass.

Information

Refreshing with a bitter edge. Alternatively, make it hot for a twist on a Toddy.
