Pisco Morado

The chicha base is rare but makes this cocktail distinctive.

Pisco Trail



Pisco 6.0cl 2.0oz
Chicha Morada base 3.0cl 1.0oz
Simple syrup 3.0cl 1.0oz
Lime half
Use ounces
Use centiliters


  1. Mix the Pisco, chicha morada base, juice of 1/2 a lime, and simple syrup in a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds to chill.
  3. Serve strained.
