Bourbon 6.0cl 2.0oz
Pomegranate juice 1.5cl 0.5oz
Orange juice 1.5cl 0.5oz
Pomegranate molasses 0.75cl 0.25oz
Angostura bitters Two dashes
Use ounces
Use centiliters


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add pomegranate molasses, pomegranate juice, orange juice, whiskey and bitters.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Gently squeeze together the orange peel to release the oils.
  5. Place into cocktail and serve.
