Ramos Fizz

One of the oldest and wildest fizzes.


  • Served in highball
  • 12% ABV



Cream 6.0cl 2.0oz
Gin 4.5cl 1.5oz
Simple syrup 3.0cl 1.0oz
Lemon juice 1.5cl 0.5oz
Lime juice 1.5cl 0.5oz
Vanilla extract Two drops
Orange flower water Three dashes
Egg One egg white
Use ounces
Use centiliters


  1. Pour all ingredients (except soda) in a mixing glass.
  2. Dry shake (no ice) for two minutes.
  3. Add ice and hard shake for another minute.
  4. Strain into glass without ice
  5. Top with soda.
