Pineapple juice 6.0cl 2.0oz
Rye 3.0cl 1.0oz
Simple syrup One barspoon
Smoked salt One dash
Angostura bitters One dash
Beer Hefeweizen
Use ounces
Use centiliters

Directions

  1. Shake the juice, rye, simple syrup, and salt with ice.
  2. Strain into a pint glass.
  3. Top with the hefeweizen.
  4. (You're going to want to pour it over a bar spoon to try and avoid some of the foam.)
