Tomato juice 7.0cl 2.33oz
Tequila Silver x 5.0cl 1.67oz
Orange juice 3.0cl 1.0oz
Lime juice 1.0cl 0.33oz
Onion Half slice, finely chopped
Honey One teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce Few dashes
Salt
Red chili peppers
Use ounces
Use centiliters

Directions

  1. Shake with ice cubes.
  2. Strain into glass filled with ice.

Information

Vampiro is very much a cousin of the bloody mary, albeit one with tequila and a distinctly Mexican flair. Some recipes (especially in Mexico) call for swapping out the tomato juice for pomegranate juice or even adding a barspoon of grenadine.

Like the Bloody Mary, its heft and weight will vary depending on the bartender, but it's invariably spicy and will always pack a punch.
