Green Chartreuse 4.5cl 1.5oz
Pineapple juice 3.0cl 1.0oz
Lime juice 2.25cl 0.75oz
Falernum 1.5cl 0.5oz

  1. Add all ingredients to a collins glass and fill with crushed ice.
  2. Insert a barspoon into the drink and swizzle the mixture until frost appears on the outside of the glass.
  3. Top with more crushed ice and garnish with mint sprig and nutmeg.
