Pimm's No. 1 4.5cl 1.5oz
Ginger beer 3.0cl 1.0oz
Gin 2.25cl 0.75oz
Simple syrup 1.5cl 0.5oz
Lemon juice 1.5cl 0.5oz
Elderflower liqueur St. Germaine; a spritz
Use ounces
Use centiliters


  1. Fill a highball with ice and spritz it with the St. Germaine.
  2. Shake the gin, lemon juice, and syrup.
  3. Pour into the highball.
  4. Add the ginger beer.
  5. Float the Pimm's on top.
  6. Add garnish.
