Drambuie 4.5cl 1.5oz
Pineapple juice 4.5cl 1.5oz
Soda water 3.0cl 1.0oz
Lime juice 2.0cl 0.67oz
Fernet-Branca One tablespoon
Angostura bitters Three dashes
Use ounces
Use centiliters


  1. Shake ingredients with ice and finish with 1 oz soda water.
  2. Strain mix over fresh ice into a chilled collins glass.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist.
